ONE OF DR. DONALD R. BURLESON'S
MANY COMPUTER IMAGE ENHANCEMENTS
OF THE RAMEY MEMO

A number of analysts have worked on the difficult job of interpreting the Ramey memo,
a military TWX that Eighth Air Force commander General Roger Ramey
was holding in his hand when he was photographed in his office in Fort Worth
on the afternoon of Tuesday, 8 July 1947,
just four days after the Roswell, New Mexico UFO crash.
While various analysts have given readings that differ somewhat in detail,
these researchers agree on many important points,
e.g. on the point that the document refers to a "disk"
and clearly to a New Mexico retrieval and coverup of some kind.

Dr. Burleson's reading of the Ramey Memo is as follows;
undetermined characters are indicated by hyphens:

--- RECO---- OPERATION WITH ROSWEL- D--- --- -- --- AT THE
